Think of a time when you had to work in a group (e.g. school project, work, sports, etc…). Identity the different Task Roles (e.g. information giver, information seeker, elaborator, initiator, administrator), Social Roles (harmonizer, gatekeeper, sensor), and Antigroup Roles (e.g. blocker, avoider, recognition seeker, distractor) within the group.
