Write a short essay on the topic of “My Initial View About Communication and Mass Media.” 

The essay should address the following topics: What is “Communication”?  What are people doing
when they communicate? Why do people communicate? How do people do it well? What does it take to make better communication?  This is an original essay that reflects your current understanding of
the Communication process and you are not required to incorporate readings. (A later assignment will call for you to modify this essay in light of your learning). 

This essay should be approximately 500-750 words (2-3 pages) and it’s worth 100 points.
