Also, include the result of the self assessments on page 254 and an interpretation of your results. please do not forget to cite your source. Next write a thesis statement.
THE BODY :
the body will consist of a description of two different conflicts. please include the following items in your explanation of the conflicts : nature of the conflict(pages 246-247), consequences of the conflict for both sides, the method of conflict resolution that was used(p.258-260) and an alternative conflict method for the future.

IN the conclusion explain what you learned from reviewing this material and how you will integrate conflict resolution strategies for the future.
