Communication Audit Report
be sure to follow the guidelines. Scan and e-mail to me completed survey forms and/or completed interview sheets along with the completed Report. Be sure you discuss each question (Survey/Interview) in the Report and you have references (3-5) and visual aids (2-3) in the report. Be sure to analyze the data in terms of 5/5 or 100% or 6/10 or 60% for each question. Include a blank copy of the Instrument and a tabulated copy of the Instrument. For example, 2 Female and 3 Males, etc. on the tabulated Instrument. See a sample report in Resources.
