college admission essay

i need a college admission essay . the prompt is "considering your lifetime goals, discuss how your current and future academic and extra-curricular activities might help you achieve your goals".  I need it to be one page, single spaced

 write exactly what the prompt says....Here is a litle bit about myself to guide you through your writing...I would like to be a OBGYN or any doctor and some of my extracurricular activities are I volunteer at a hospital every week, I'm in HOSA(a program for doctors at school) , I'm a senior in high school and I'm about to get my CNA ( certified nursing assistant) certification. I'm a dual credit student and I have multiple hours of college work so I can handle college work. Im applying to be a freshman but i have many hours of college classes already.
