Cold Case Simulation: Management Plan

You will need to write a Cold Case Management Plan for the management and investigation of project #4, Cold Case Arrest Warrant Report. Review the cold case binder (Cold Case Game is below Week 8 Class Wrap-Up), become familiar with the mechanics of the simulation, and conduct a preliminary review of the case. Based on the initial information prepare a plan of how you are going to proceed with the investigation, what investigative steps will you utilize to solve it, types of evidence which may be of value, and what skills and or abilities should a homicide/death investigator possess.

This should be an outline of how you are going to work the cold case with brief explanations. Even though it is an outline, your explanations should use full sentences, in paragraph form. This paper should be written using first person, active voice, and present and future This is the only paper you will write in present and/or future tense for this course.
