Closing the Project

There are four main ways to close a project. Consider your project. Be sure to remind the class of your project topic and then answer the questions below.

•  If your project is completed as planned, which of the four main project closure methods is applicable?

Addition, Extinction, Integration and Starvatio.

•  Now consider that the project is not completed as planned. Identify an issue that could reasonably keep your project from successful completion. Now including that issue, what different method of closure would you select? Why is this your choice?
•  Identify what concern each of the remaining two methods of closing a project may pose to your project. Provide an example for each.
