Take a look around !  Find an opinon (either past or present) and read about it. Provide the Who, What, When, Where, Why of the case - and then the opinion of the court. Lastly, provide your own opinion on the case. Do you agree or disagree, be sure to explain your reasoning. How will the case have / had an effect on our current Criminal Justice System. I encourage you to find some different cases (we already know about Miranda :) ).
