Choose a theatre play to analyze (500 words) due in two days.

1. To analyze the diverse consequences of globalization including its impacts on various social formations (e.g. identity, culture, art, communities, media, markets, nation-states, among other examples) and/or the environment.

After reading the selection from Post-Colonial Drama (page 1063), choose to analyze one of the plays from the following list from the point of view of race, gender or dominant/submergent cultures. The paper will be two pages in length (500 wds), so it needs only to identify the specific subject matter involved and offer one example from the text.  If you wish, you may want to use the same play for your second paper, and for that you will need to expand on the ideas that you present here.
