The Chinese dream vs. American dream

Each student will write a report (5pages) on the trend s/he has studied. As you explore your trend, you should identify several questions that you set out to answer based on your research. Be sure to include a properly constructed bibliography using MLA format

You may want to do some additional research for the final paper if your research process has raised questions you have been unable to answer, or if you need additional information to be able to draw conclusions or understand your subject. You should consider the feedback you have received so far, and correct for any weaknesses in your previous sections in order to produce the strongest possible final paper. Using additional sources is not required, however. Be sure to cite all sources you use in parentheses in your text (using the author's last name and the year the article/book was published if you use more than one source by the same author) and include them in your list of works cited. I will expect you to identify where you got any information you present that is not general knowledge. In other words, if you copy, paraphrase or summarize text from your sources, you need to identify the source.

 You should give your paper a title and make sure it comes together as a single document. This should be your best work, carefully presented. Proofread and make sure there are no typos. I will take points off for poor presentation. Include a list of Works Cited using MLA format.

Suggested approach to the final paper:

Give your paper a title

Introduce it (give an overview of your subject and its significance)

Present your research question(s)

Report information from your fact check

Analyze/interpret your research, using both what you read about and what you discovered

Draw conclusions about your subject
