Hire, Train and Develop

One of the physicians on staff is considering hiring a billing service for his office that uses employees based in India. He has asked you to develop a checklist of six (6) questions that will help him evaluate whether this is a good choice to meet his needs, and to identify special training needs for this group that would differ from his home-based staff. Prepare a list of questions that would help him with his decision and identify at least five (5) special training topics.
