- Interview a U.S. public school teacher, and synthesize his / her views on the use of charter schools and the integration of new technologies into the classroom. Next, examine the main differences between your interview subject’s views on these subjects and your own views. If you fully agree with your subject’s views, provide a rationale for your agreement. Respond to at least one other student.
- Visit a local charter school and observe at least one class. Explain what you observed and what makes this charter school unique. Describe at least one (1) way this school utilizes technology in the classroom. Identify the student population this charter school serves. Identify two (2) advantages this school would provide students, and two (2) challenges students would face by attending this school instead of their local public school. Provide support and a rationale for your response. Respond to at least one other student.
