Change Plan

Change Plan: Create a 8 page change plan/strategy for a problem that exist in your organization.

Problem Statement: At the medication assistance organization where I am employed there is no way currently to medicate clients at another facilty if there shall be any kind of disater or emergency that would prevent cients from getting to the clinic.  

I would like this paper to focus on electronic systems or different strategies to medicate clients at another facility during an disaster/emergency as well as mentioning how other programs handle such a matter. I also attached a sample of a paper for a guide in writting this paper.
