Change Management
Create a change management system for the Riordan Manufacturing Go Green campaign.
Recommend people to sit on the change management board.
Create the change management system, using any Microsoft® tool of your choice. The system will be a flowchart in which you anticipate potential changes to the project and map out the change management process (including how approvals will be handled).
Conduct research to identify people to sit on the change management board, including experts in the industry and stakeholders (but not team members who will execute the work). Include a justification of no more than 150 words for eachboard member.
Write an executive summary of no more than 1,050 words in which you describe the role of the project leader in evaluating and addressing project changes.
Combine the change management flowchart, board member recommendations, and executive summary into a cohesive report.
***Please keep in mind the context in which change management is referred to for this assignment. The context addresses project change management (changes in projects). The term "change management" is used in a variety of ways (e.g., organizational change management, strategic change management, etc.). But the context of this assignment encompasses change management from a project perspective (how project changes should be managed).
The change management flowchart should map out the change management process, including how approvals will be handled.
Please use appropriate headings to delineate the sections of your paper (e.g., Board Member Recommendations, Executive Summary, etc.).
