Change Management
There are a number of different types of OD interventions. Some look at making changes at very specific aspects of the organizations and others look at changes that will be very encompassing of the entire organization. For this assignment consider the changes that are still necessary at Desjardins in 2012. Select the top four interventions that still need to be completed from the list below:
- Culture
- Employee empowerment
- Interpersonal
- Team development
- Continuous improvement
- High performance systems and learning organizations
For each intervention do the following:
- Provide a generic definition
- Explain why you perceive this intervention is necessary (providing examples)
- Explain the goals you would have for the intervention
- Use at least two credible sources
