Change Management Report (Week 7)

In this assignment, students will write a paper on change management.

Required Elements to include in Change Management Report:

·       Discuss three potential obstacles that may occur during implementation of your designated improvement initiative;

·       Identify and discuss the change management strategies that can be utilized to mitigate the obstacles.

·       Provide an introductory as well as a summary paragraph

Required Formatting of Change Management Report:

·       This paper should be double-spaced, 12-point font, and should be between three and four pages in length excluding the title page and reference page.

·       Title page with your name, the course name, title, the date, and instructor’s name.

·       Include a reference page.

·       Use APA format for in-text citations and references.  Students need to paraphrase and avoid direct quotes.
