challenges facing the Computer Information Systems, from an education, access to software, and information security standpoint

Assignment is due November 30th @ 1600. If there is anything that needs to be explained please ask prior to the due date. I need all of the instructions followed as listed below.

Summary:

A minimum of ten full pages of text.

A formal, typed 1-page outline of the paper is required, placed between the cover page and the paper text.  Details are listed below.

A cover page and a References page are required.  These pages do not count as text pages.

File type: MS Word (.doc or .docx)

Citation and formatting: APA 

At least 10 credible sources are required; please take care to document borrowed material carefully.

Formatting:  At least ten full pages of double spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman text.  You will add to those text pages an APA-style cover page, a detailed typed outline of at least one page, and an APA style references page.  The outline goes after the cover page and before the text of the paper.  Unless there are unusual circumstances, this paper should be an extension of Paper Two, and must make a more detailed argument about the same issues explored in the earlier paper.

Outline Format:  Your outline should be about a page long.  First, you will write a short preliminary introduction of at least three sentences for your paper.  This introduction should include a thesis statement for your paper.  Then, you will break up the planned middle of your paper into coherent headings and subheadings, in the order in which they will appear in your paper.  Then, you will write a short preliminary conclusion of at least three sentences for your paper.  This outline should match the structure of the completed paper and be placed between the cover page and the paper text.

Audience:  Your instructor and classmates.

REMINDER:  This paper should normally be an extension of Paper Two, making a more detailed argument about the same issues explored in the earlier paper.  If you would prefer to write an entirely new research paper on a topic within your Course Theme, please notify Dr. Wood as soon as possible before beginning your new paper.
