In a written report, assess best practices for effective communication within a team that also promote communication within the organization. In doing so, consider the following questions:

         What is the impact of an organization’s culture upon communication

         What is the impact of communication upon the team adaptive capacity

         Define best practices for effective communication within a team that would also promote communication within the organization

         What benefits are there for a leader to understand elements of organizational behavior (such as attitude, motivation, perception, etc.) in improving their communication process
