i need to analyze two nonprofit organaization which are " the Salvation Army organization" and " Value Village organization" By answering these two things:

1. Describe the impact of globalization and changing environmental factors (for example: demography) on the positioning of the organizations in their sector.

2. Summarize the main challenges and strengths of each organization and suggest some strategic recommendations for both organizations in light of their missions and environmental opportunities and constraints.
