1.       Select a conflict or issue that you would like to resolve at work, individually or as part of a team or group.  (Writer’s choice on the conflict or issue)

2.       Complete the attached 10 question Planning Guide.

3.       Conduct the negotiation

4.        Write a four page APA Style paper titled Negotiation at Work (1) summarizing the actual planning for the negotiation, (2) the execution of the negotiation, including application of strategies, techniques, models identified and cited with references, (3) report of results/outcome, and, (4) conclude with what you learned, what worked, what didn't work, and what you would do differently if you had it to do over again.

5.       Use at least 2 references.
