Case Study

Development of a Realistic Case

Apply the concepts and theories of this course to a real business situation. Develop a case study that will use one of the models or content included in either the Managing the Multigenerational Workforce (Delcampo, Haggerty, Haney, & Knippel, 2011), Cultures and Organizations (Hofstede, Hofstede, & Minkov, 2010).

This case study needs to be at least 3-4 pages describing the setting, situation, and reason for concern, characters involved, probable outcome, and the suggested solution.  This case may be fictitious, but realistic in nature.  Be specific and detailed in your descriptions.  Provide the reader with enough substantial information about the organization (mission, operations, stakeholders, leadership, etc) in order to provide for the appropriate frame of reference.
