First part should be: key issues. Give a list in a complete sentence of each issue found. List key issues in numerical form. 
Ex.

(There may only be a couple key issues) 

Then give a list of alternatives for each issue found. Must be at least 2 alternatives per key issue. List in numerical form.

After you list all of the alternatives write about the ones you agree with most. 

Then you will do a list of the analysis of the alternatives. You will give the disadvantages and advantages of each. Write each alternative in a numerical list as well.

Then at the end you will conclude with which alternative you would reccommend to use and why. 
Ex. I would go with alternative # 1 because ...
