Write a 1,050- to 1,750-word case management overview paper that includes the following:

·         Discuss the various roles and responsibilities ofa case manager.

·         Explain the importance of being able to identify problems and causes of behavior using theoretical models. Include at least one theoretical cause of problem behavior.

·         Define what a special population is and discusspotential issues that case managers should be prepared to address.
