case analysis

I want you to select a company (I am open to any) that has an existing HR problem.  You will conduct research on this company and write up a case study/analysis like you have been doing for the cases in your packet.  You are basically preparing an executive proposal on how to solve this problem.  Format should be the same as you have been hopefully doing.  2 references are needed (1 must come from the text).  This should be at least 5-6 pages double spaced and types.  You will find that your background may be longer as you are incorporating company demographics etc.
