case analysis

Talk about the fairness issues in the case, relate to the fairness learn in class (see pdf page 4, 1^st slide).

Use the following outline.

Don’t need to summary the case, cause this is a group work. My part is just to talk about the issue and find solutions.

Part 1: Issues (700 words).

• Fairness (no need reference)
• No Transparency
• Perceived fairness - susan gives but her managers don’t give back and she has no opportunity to move up.

Part 2: Solutions: (400 words)

• Fairness
• Be more transparent
• Make it a company law to not change quotas after they are given?
