• An abstract is not required for this course. Start with an introductory paragraph; however the word, “Introduction” is not written. The title of the paper is the first line on page #2 in the Case Study; also the font is not bold.

• The Course Syllabus list the requirements of the references as three minimum 2012+ which does not mean that the Case Study can be adequately written with three references especially the two sections: Question #3 and Question #4.
