n the first part, you should choose a theory and thoroughly discuss why you selected this theory.  Provide all the information you can regarding the development of this theory, who developed it, why it is useful and why you choose it.  The second part, you are to trace your own career development using the theory you selected.  The paper should be in APA format and should be at least 5-8 pages for the body of the paper.

Yes, this is a case where using 1^st person is appropriate, but you still must identify the reference even if it is personal reflection.
