For this assignment, you will be graded on whether you have shown measurable progress on program outcomes by turning your outline into an actual rough draft, and communicating the progress that you have made so far, as well as what areas you are still working on. Review the Capstone Project Draft Scoring Guide and the Writing Feedback Tool prior to submitting your work to ensure you understand my expectations for this assignment. Your draft must include the following:

• A rough draft that has at least 10 pages of content, not including the cover page, table of contents, references pages, appendices, etc.
• Your draft must include comprehensive headings, subheadings, an executive summary, introduction, technology, ethics and integrity, cultural diversity, globalization, leadership, various body sections for the business processes, theories, etc. you are using, some of your recommendations with actionable steps, and a conclusion.
• Your draft must include at least five references, used and cited within the draft, in APA format. A reference page is required also.

You must also demonstrate all of the following MBA Program Outcomes in this submission:

To assist you in writing your draft, you should first prepare a comprehensive outline of your project, including the headings and subheadings you will use in your final submission. Then for each section, add a partial or complete draft of your analysis and content, a summary of any missing components that will be included in your final draft, and a list of data types and references that are used, missing, or still being explored.
