For the final paper, 2-3 pages, Think about how each aspect of the capital structure affects the cost of capital.  If a company is expanding, how would you view increase capital by raising its funding through loans (bonds), equity (Common stock), or retained earnings.  What are the pros and cons of using each one of these methods?  Balance comes into play.
