Can you please request to help in this assignment if you are real (Business)Finance Students and know what to do?

Please use Word format to do this assignment.  There are two sections A and B. Please answer each section on its on paper. It is stated that 4 doubled page but it does not mean that you have to write 8 pages for the 2 secyions. As long as the answer is there and accurate, we care less about the pages. So please don`t charge me in terms of pages.
