Retail Health Clinics

You are the owner of a chain of pharmacies throughout the Midwest.  You have been approached by a retail health clinic that would like to operate within your stores.  Retail clinics are small health centers located inside large retailers or in independent storefronts.  They are typically staffed by nurse practitioners and offer a limited scope of services.  What are some of the advantages and disadvantages this potential alliance?  What would your decision be regarding this request and why?
