Can you help with my research paper?

Instructions:  This week write a research paper about coaching within organizations. In addition to coaching, what other aspects do you think are necessary for an organization to have an effective performance management system? Why? Conduct research into several different organizations and explain what concepts they utilize to achieve an effective performance management system.

I need to have an introduction, conclusion and reference page together with the research paper should be at least 5 pages total.
