Can you help me create logic for a program that accepts an annual salary as input?

This assignment need to be submitted before 9 am EST on 2/22/2016.    After completing the flowchart, I need to  write a short answer (four to five [4-5] sentences) in the comment text box located with the assignment submission link to the following:
