i need an ILA paper for my med-211 reimbursment methodologies class. Needs to be a minimum of three page paper in APA format, complete with title page, abstract and references on any one of the following topics.

1. Explain the responsibilities of practice in explaining the process of collecting payment from patients and their benefits.  Discuss how this is different for cash paying patients versus patients with private insurance.
2. Discuss the differences between an inpatient procedure and an outpatient procedure.  Discuss the differences of billing regarding inpatient procedures versus outpatient procedures.
3. Discuss what the liability is when a procedure is billed improperly to an insurance and paid by the insurance.  How can this affect the patient?  How can this affect the practice?
