Can someone help me have this done in the next 4 hours. I need at least 1000 words

I had a persuasive speech about "Should Drug addicts should be sent for treatment in hospitals instead of prisons", someone already did it for me, but I actually hate it, I need at least 1000 words because it suppose to be 6 min I need more simple words that i can speak and present i want understand the speech very well and interest the people in what i am saying i will get marks for that i need it very catchy.
