Market-Attractiveness and Competitive Position and Value Proposition
Joy’s Creative Arts target children ages 5-11, families and teens age 11-19 in the USA and other countries. The market size will be 50-400 customers per year in the United States and other countries. Jones, Knotts and Udell (2011) suggested, “Market also attractiveness focus on the product areas included societal impact, business risk, demand analysis, market acceptance, competitive capabilities, and experience and strategy. The gender involved in this marketing plan includes females, such as girls and women and males including boys and men. Then, the household life cycle includes singles, married couples with no children, married couples with children, working professionals, retired and senior citizens. Joy’s Creative Arts can work with customers with low income starting under $15,000-$24,999, medium income at $25,000-$74,999 and high income with $75,000 and over. This company will work with any customers employed at any occupation or unemployed circumstances. Customers can be current elementary, middle and high school students. They can also be undergraduate and graduate students or just graduated of any of these types of educational background. Joy’s Creative Arts work with customers from African American, White, Native American, Asian American, Spanish American and other related races speaking English and non-English languages (ex: Spanish). Joy’s Creative Arts focuses on having dance studio locations in California, Georgia, North Carolina, Oregon and South Carolina. This situation also mean this company plans to offer dance programs in other dance studios, entertainment businesses, events, fitness centers and recreation centers. These locations must be good communities, busy areas with tons of people in the areas; areas do not offer dance programs and places consist not too many competitions.
Products like costumes came with different forms, colors, sizes and materials and made by professional legit companies. All costumes are an ordered by Joy’s Creative Arts, and they place orders of costumes by companies that do commercial clothing and sells clothing. These items apply to active wear, cotton, clothing, silk, satin; sequence, velvet and other related clothing materials. Accessories include scarves, necklaces, gloves, stockings and socks. Refreshments include cookies, hot-dogs, and sodas waters are freshly made and delivered to Joy’s Creative Arts. The products are given to customers for perform or helping out in events or other purposes. This company will be licensed to sell apparels and refreshments by the health departments.

Other reasons are people can improve their self-esteem and health, improve their relationships with families and others and entertain the audience on what this company made of in performing dance. Customers are expected to accomplish any of these goals after complete the 12-28 week dance programs.
Value Proposition includes building relationships that make everyone have confident in their enjoys dancing. They can cancel anytime before dropping dance program deadlines, which is two weeks before rehearsals and receive full-refunds. Customers will receive free nutritional guide that guides them ways to eat and stay healthy by maintaining good eating habits plus exercising three to five times per week. The guide also will provide right foods and drinks to eat in order to maintain good health through dancing and life. The other guide is to help them to stay safe on their surroundings and safety tips.
