Part 1 - Due on Day 2 (on the Group Discussion Board):
- Teams will elect a Team Captain. This Team Captain will be the individual that posts the final recommendations to the Main Discussion Board on Day 4.
- Teams will determine a name for their consultant team. This name will be posted in the Subject line of the final recommendations on Day 4.
- Each team member must post their initial thoughts/recommendations to the Group Discussion Board by Day 2 - there is no length requirement for this initial post. However, students are expected to actively engage in the group recommendation planning by Day 2 and through Day 4.
Part 2, Due Day 4 (on the Main Discussion Board):
- The Team Captain will post the team's final changes and recommendations to the Week 3 Management Case thread on the main Discussion Board. In the subject line, the Team Captain will post the consultant team's name. There is no length requirement for the final recommendation. However, it is expected the recommendations are thorough and complete.
- You are to engage (react/respond) to other teams' recommendations at with at least three substantial posts by day 7. These responses should be roughly 250 words in length
This preceding portion of the Management Wrap-Up Group Activity is worth 40 points for individual students.
By Day 7 of Week 3, each student should review and comment on the recommendations made by the other teams (except their own team). This is where the weekly 10 point "Peer Engagement" points will be earned for the week. For example, Jane Smith is a member of Team A. By Day 7, Jane Smith will read the recommendations posted by the other teams – Team B, Team C, and Team D. Jane Smith will provide at least 3 substantial comments to the other teams (“Wow – I hadn’t thought of that approach! Well done! Specifically, I thought.....” Be specific. Provide depth and rationale. Or “There may be a problem with this aspect of your recommendation….” Be specific. Provide depth and resolution.This preceding peer engagement portion of the Management Wrap-Up Group Activity is worth 10 points.
Due Day 7, Week 3 – A total of 50 points are possible per team member for the Group Activity. Members will be graded individually.

Company Analysis Part 2: Organizational SWOT Analysis
Prepare a complete SWOT Analysis that analyzes your project company's current situation and future prospects.
As discussed in Week 1, the overall course assignment is a complete Company Analysis and Strategic Plan of the company you have chosen. Major sections of the project are due during weeks 1, 3, 5 with the complete project submitted in Week 6. This week’s project company SWOT analysis paper is the 2nd part of your overall paper.
Be sure in include the following information in your project company SWOT analysis:
- Introduction/Overview
- Strengths
- Weaknesses
- Opportunities
- Threats
- External Factors Impacting Decisions
- Possible Future Scenarios
- Recommendations for Changes in Culture, Leadership, and/or Structure
- Summary/Conclusions
Referenced research is required and assignment should be properly formatted in APA style.
