The scenario:   China Bamboo, a Chinese restaurant, has been forced to shut down its business after failing the health and safety regulations by Florida Health Department.  The problematic areas are bathroom, kitchen and dining areas.   The owner Mrs. Wang is desperate to hire a cleaning company to clean the restaurant before the restaurant can be reopened in two weeks.

Your assignment:  For this assignment, you will create a proposal to help Mrs. Wang to meet the deadline.   

The challenge:  The goal of this document writing assignment is to “sell” your plan to Mrs. Wang with the credibility of your company, compatible price, the quality of your work in a timely manner.   

Assignment length and Formatting:  1-1/2 pages should be sufficient, single-spaced. (This is because business documents are ordinarily single-spaced).  1” margins all round, use Times New Roman 12.

Consider what you have read and your personal experience with social media. In your reflection, identify the pros and cons of social media you have used in your workplace. Should businesses use social media for advertising, communication, etc.  What are the outcomes? 

Use real examples and experiences from your workplace and the content from the textbook to support your reflection.
