Business report

I have an assignment that is about writing and presenting a project which is a persuasive pitch, and our group’s idea is to persuade The Next Adventure to sell Danner boots (boots whose every components are made in the U.S., because buying American is an increasing trend for merchandisers across the nation and Danner boots have a very good quality which can last years and years. We are working on the report, but I have no idea how to do the market demand and risks analysis, could you help me with that? I have the templates (textbook) of the report.
