Prepare a project proposal in response to the provided RFP for a hypothetical or real project of interest to you. The project must have an international dimension or component. Your proposal must address each of the following in a separate, titled section of the paper you submit:

The paper must be supported by a minimum of two scholarly sources  The content of the paper must be at least three pages in length and formatted according to APA format . The length is not inclusive of the title and reference pages. Be clear, concise, and focused.
