 need to complete a business plan 20-25 apages in length in opening a new  specialized bar in Maryland as a partnership.  The bar is called Wonderland, and it is a kind of up scale bar that serves colorful specialty cocktails.  Tis bar is targeted to appeal to 30 and over women with a median income.  Location of the bar needs to be on the water for a open deck over looking the water to add in some bright and colorful scenery inspired by Disney's Alice in wonderland,  It needs to include financial info including loans/grants financias, marketing info including target consumer, product, pricing. accounting info food and drink costs. licensing, hr info such as ownership responsibilities and cost of required key staff, etc
