Research and select one peer-reviewed article related to an Organizational Design and Development concept specified in your course reading from Chapters 1-3. The article you select must have been published within the last 18-24 months and come from any magazine, Internet or book sources. Articles beyond the 2 year mark will not be accepted, unless prior authorization is given from the instructor.          

Develop a 5-7 page APA formatted paper reviewing your chosen article in a word document of your choice, such as Microsoft Word.
