• Planning-Use your research to look at the planning process of your given company.  Explain at least two tools that they use (or you think they use) to plan out their goals.  This could be SWOT, Porter's 5 Forces, etc.  Explain why these tools are important and how they should be used.  Also, this section should include research on the company's long terms and short term goals.
• Organizing-Use your research to look at the organizing process of your given company.  This includes how the company is structured.  Is it vertical or horizontal?  What does their organizational chart look like?  What advantages and disadvantages does this structure have?
