Here you have two attachments: 

1.An attachment for the chapter that you have to read and understand the strategy well. 

2. Another attachment for the task that you will have to write about. 

NOTE: You will have to read the attached chapter from the book and understand every things include the strategies to write a negative letter in business community. so, you will have to apply the strategies that you learned from the cahpter IN ORDER TO DO A CORRECT LETTER FOR ME.
