Business law homework

Should U.S. courts, and particularly the United States Supreme Court, look to other nations' laws for guidance when deciding important issues -- including those involving rights granted by the Constitution?  If so, what impact might this have on their decisions?  Explain.  (See Beyond our Borders p.97)  Discuss the case examples given in the text and any and all other issues you can think of.
