Students will read each case study and write a 500 word Case Study Journal on it. The journal must:
- Identify the decision and the legal implications.
- Identify the parties that have an interest in the decision and why that matters.
- Analyze the possible choices and outcomes of the decisions.
- Suggest a decision and defend that based on biblical and legal considerations.
