Business Law: Case Study Journal

Students will read each case study and write a 500 word Case Study Journal on it.  The journal must:

  1. Identify the decision and the legal implications.
  2. Identify the parties that have an interest in the decision and why that matters.
  3. Analyze the possible choices and outcomes of the decisions.
  4. Suggest a decision and defend that based on biblical and legal considerations.
