BUSINESS LAW AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

You must create a contract.  The following facts are what you are to use as your contractual terms:

Dustin, a 39 year old man, just got a big promotion with a large raise.  To celebrate, he wants to purchase a new 70-inch flat screen television.  Dustin goes to Best Buy and sees a 70-inch for $2,000.00.  Dustin shows the salesman a price match online for the exact same television but for $1,500.00.  Best Buy agrees to honor the online deal and offers to sell him the television for $1,500.00.  Dustin adds a condition that the television needs to be delivered to his house and hung on the wall by Best Buy by the next Thursday or else there is no deal.  Best Buy agrees to these terms.  Dustin pays the $1,500.00.

5. Whether Dustin has the legal capacity to enter into this contract; and
