Trenna purchased a 2006 model car from Vincent’s Vehicles, Inc. on October 9, 2011.  At the time of the purchase, one of Vincent’s salespeople told Trenna that “this baby is good for years.”  Trenna paid cash for the car and signed a written contract that stated on its face that any express warranties accompanying the sale were effective for thirty days or 1,000 miles, whichever came first.  About six weeks later, Trenna noticed that the exterior paint was peeling and demanded that Vincent Vehicles repaint the car.  Vincent Vehicles refused, and Trenna brought suit.  Discuss the arguments of Trenna and the defenses of Vincent Vehicles.  Who will succeed?  (150 words)
