the assigment is to write one page max memo (12 point font, single space , 1 inch margins/0 with the topic being an explaination /your memo need to discuss (i) how you will invest the 1$ million capital (what are upfront costs ),(ii)whar goods / services you will provide , (iii) what is target market (customers / clientele), (iv) what are your primary costs / expenses (not including you upfront costs - your 1$ million investment), (v) your mission statment, and (vi) a summary of your SWOT analysis ( include one identified strengh, opportunity , weakness, and threat ) the submission of this assignment will be under the chapter 1
