Need a 12 page APA formatted paper over a business and leadership.  I would like it to be regarding a business in the medical field.  It will deed a detailed description of the organization and its objectives.  Descrition with substantial detail of 3 leadership practices of the primary leader of the organization.  How this leader affects the organizational culture.  Create a SWOT analysis of the  organization with two examples of each of the SWOT. Provide 3 strengths of the current leader's leadership practices using a scholary leadership theory.  Need to use at least 3 scholarly sources per area.
